Structure
The constructions are made on reinforced concrete frames, poles and diaphragms according to the antiseismic norms in force. The buildings of the New Residence complex fall in energy class A. The roof is made of BILKA metallic tile and is thermo-insulated with designed polyurethane foam.

In terms of interior finishes, the apartments are tiled with: ceramic wall and floor tiles, sanitary ware and doors – all imported from Spain, parquet, PVC joinery, central heating system, radiators, fitted bathrooms.
