Structure

The house's resistance structure is made up of reinforced concrete frames. Height system: Ground floor + mansard floor.

Both the exterior walls of 30 cm thick and the interior walls of 11.5 cm thick are made of Porotherm brick.

Framing structure isolated with custom designed polyurethane foam and a wrap made of ceramic shakes.

Furnishes

Interior furnishes:
• ecologic plaster based on lime (no cement included), HASIT brand; • walls finished with plaster, washable paint; • floor tile and crockery from Spain; • fireplace; • heated floor; • full interior doors; • hardwood exterior doors;.
Exterior furnishes:
• 10 cm expanded polystyrene thermic system; • decorative plaster, washable paint and face brick.
