About New Residence Village Houses
New Residence Village is located in Măgurele Town, borderline with Bragadiru.
There are two ways to acces the residential complex: the main one from 36 -38 and 44 Uranus Street and the second one, through 31-39 Emisferei Street.
With a total of 40 individual houses (ground floor and attic), the project will be developed in two phases: 20 houses will be ready by December 2018 and the following 20 by June 2019. The project brings an elegant and very welcoming architectural approach: three designs of garden house at a very good price, built with extreme care and superior quality materials.

By car, you can also arrive in 10 minutes to Cora Alexandriei and in 25-30 minutes to Unirii Square, via Rahovei Road.
Public transport
- 453 bus line and 303- DLS microbus, up to la Cora Alexandriei, connection with RATB: tram no. 32.
- 303 microbus straight to Steaua Stadium/ end of 41 tram line.
Starting January 2019 The Integrated Public Transportation for passengers for Bucharest-Ilfov will become fully operational and will include a station right in front of the complex.
